  When my family moved to the Fredericksburg area we went to many churches searching for a new church home. We were in search of a Church that first and foremost preached the Word of God. Not a watered down or twisted version of God's word but the hard hitting truth of God's Word. A true exegetical church. Our second goal was to find a church that was multi-racial/multi-national. Because unfortunately 11:00 AM on Sunday is the most segregated hour in America and being an interracial family it was important for us to find a church where we were genuinely welcomed. River of Life met both of our requirements and so much more. I would recommend River of Life, if you are in search of good church.

  Although the people of the church were very warm, welcoming, and friendly, something wasn't right about this church. From the occult symbolism, to the sermon on tithing (which is ironic, because this church obviously has some money in the bank), to the fingerprinting identification for youth service, to the dark sanctuary, ominous sickening feeling, the strange chant-like music, and the tons of world flags hanginh above. The church simply doesn't feel right...and I felt wrong leaving all of the people there. I felt like those people needed to be saved from whatever is going on. I have spent my whole day in prayer over this church...something just isn't right.

  Everything is awesome, beginning with the preaching, music and the way that members treat the newcomers. I will recommended this church to everyone that needs a church home and be respected as a child of God.
